I am an experienced Enrolled Agent licensed to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS for audits, collections and appeals. Specializing in Small Business! Here to help individuals, independent contractors, self-employed and small business owners with all their accounting and tax preparation needs.
Coming from a background in teaching at the American Business College, The Accounting Academy in San Diego, Ca I have a hands on approach. Focused on helping clients make the right entity choice with entity formation to getting you set-up correctly with your accounting and bookkeeping needs to preparing your company taxes.
15+ years' experience in accounting, project and business management. From small business bookkeeping to managing an entire City's department budget. I have a strong and extensive background. Throughout my career I have utilized software and manual entry accounting practices, preformed cost analysis, no change audits, prepared financial statements and analysis, written grant proposals, cash forecasting, budgeting and payroll management. Currently, serving as the Owner of ABTP Services, Inc., I assist start-up and small businesses with accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation needs in addition to general consulting of business plans, entity, tax planning, business licenses, resale permits and entity formation.
